What exactly does this mean?

I've have seen this and it is always in town, maybe all the electronic signals everywhere WiFi etc.

Usually this issue is solved just by changing your place where you launch the drone.
Too much interference where you are.

The transmission is being affected by the amount of interference (usually other WiFi) in the area. Be mindful that signal loss may be imminent if you continue to fly out on that route after this warning. RTH should save the drone but always best practice to turn around at this point.

Actually, the only time I ever saw this was when I forgot to deploy the front leg antennae before a launch.  

Always have this msg when I take off from my usual spot. Well too much interference in my area.

So I am thinking it would be better for me to change frequencies?

Hi Jcflyer23, Thank you for the inquiry. If you are experiencing this issue please go to another outdoor open area where the GPS is good and no magnetic interference to try it again. Wearing watches and magnetic objects interfere more with the compass calibration than causing interference during flight.
