I was testflying in the garden , in the dark with the bottom lights on and was hovering above grass and message showed up : waterbody detected . Min altitude adjusted to 1 m! And disappeared right away. Has this got to do with these bottom lights?

Anyone familiar with this?

Dji? Really would be great if you can publish an overview with all the messages which can popup

I've never seen this warning before. Probably the Mavic 2 (which I'm assuming you used here) has a safety feature to avoid instability when flying close above water. The fact that you flew in poor lighting conditions probably caused the sensors to think they were over water for a sec. But during this warning were you not able to descend the drone below 1 meter?

Hi , yes mavic 2 pro.
I could descend the drone . It was only a fragment of a second that it popped up. Probably a kind of message like high wind warning.

Luckily MP does not (so far) have this.
I like to fly low over water!
(I know it is dangerous....)

Ah ok.

What happens if you disable the lower sensors?

Havnt turned them off, actually i hardly ever do, also not with the mpp. Did it once and forgot to turn it on upon landing. It was quite a hard landing. I guess it will have the same effect with mp2. The lights underneath are quite helpful when in low light conditions

Ok, I actually turn most off because MP1 flies more stable that way.

Now you mention it, I guess I never turned those off either.

Just the 'obstacle avoidance sensors'.
