Is there any programming API which I can define flying route automatically?

No. That feature is available for the P2V+, but DJI is not adding it to DJI Pilot. Third party developers will be able to add such functionality at some point in the future when the DJI API allows it.

Why can you go into the MAP mode and draw on it?  I thought it was so you could set waypoints and have it fly.....

Drawing on the map is just for your own personal reference, the P3 won't automatically fly that route.  

It is for Pilot reference.  If you review the threads there is a company that is talking about their SDK App that allows for waypoints.

It is a great idea to draw the route. Then is there an SDK API to tell the DJI drone to fly to this route? Suppose I have a set of routes, and want to choose one of them on each day of week.

All I know is that it currently doesn't support this feature.  There maybe plans for this to be developed in future releases of the Pilot app, but not sure.
