Can anyone recommend an inexpensive tablet to run the Go 4 app (for Phantom 4 Advanced) on please. I have an iPhone 6 (my main phone), that I use now. I would like something slightly bigger, and Android is fine, if the app runs on it.


I have looked at the Amazon Fire 7 tablet, but I'm not sure if that will run the app.

Just a tip -- it would be best not to choose a tablet based on the fact that it's the cheapest. Cheap tablets usually have poor specs. You'll likely end up with a tablet that's less than ideal.

Thanks very much for the tablet table! it's very helpful. I'm just not sure if I need GPS. I use return to home a lot on the P4 advanced, and I assume that I need GPS for that, and setting the home point?

Wifi is needed, cellular won't be.

You only need GPS on your mobile device if you want to be able to manually reset the home point to your location after taking off. Without GPS on your mobile device, you can still reset the home point to the drone's current location (like DJI GO does when the motors are started).
