Night flying, out of line of site and flying over cities and highways? And you post to you tube? Lol and you wonder why people want serious restrictions on your "hobby" in your state! You do know the FAA does monitor you tube looking for this type of footage. Good luck, hope you are well insured!

The FAA is more than angry for this kind of actions.

Nope.  The video was fine.  Looks professional (except for music).  Most of the media frenzy are stories about complete dolts who should not even be feeding themselves (whitehouse lawn, crowded parades, crowded games...)  FAA monitors youtube, what crap.

The FAA is able to monitor YouTube only because Al Gore created the internet.

Professional or not, Is fined by the FAA commercial or recreational. Even If you have a Exception.

Regardless if a case would be thrown out or not, or if it was for commercial purposes or not, why risk the hassle at all by posting and drawing attention to yourself?

Well I guess you learned your lesson as I see you have removed your video! Pretty sure you will continue to fly the same way though. I will keep my eye out for news reports on drone stupidity in the greater Orlando area! ;)
