I have an issue, My Phantom3 se controller model gl358wd is broken and I can find none on Amazon nor Ebay. Not even here.  Would anyone know where I can buy one since this model is discontinued. I bought it less than a year ago and now have the dreaded "discontinued paranoia."

Even a refurbished unit would be better than the one you have now.

You might consider buying an entire used or malfunctioning SE.  Keep the controller and sell the rest for parts.  People will be willing to pay more than expected for SE parts since they are so hard to find.
