Help!!! I have Phantom 3 4K and problem - at 30-40 m height loses a video, after another 20 m and the RC stops. I'm looking for a SERVICE MANUAL to be able to locate the problem, I already bought a  second RC, but my problem is still the same. Thanks.

Don't think you'll ever have any luck ever finding a service manual for any DJI product.  They just don't do those.

I hope you're not flying it straight up.  If so, that may be half your problem - the other half being you're not aiming correctly.

I used the drones correctly, at first it was flying well, after about a year the problem appeared suddenly, did not fly in wet and cold weather.

You need to make special precautions for winter flying or dreary weather missions.


Keep the flight battery warm, let the drone warm up a couple of minutes before flying off.
With a keen eye on the battery voltage, frequently.

These drones aren’t really made for flying  in the wet conditions.
Be very careful.

If you had a service manual, what would you do?


You aren’t a DJI tech, so not sure where this would lead.

if i have a manual, i will know which circuit boards connect to the RC and transmit the video signal to the phone. The drone has never flown in bad weather, but only in dry and calm weather.

Interesting. I would never attempt such a feat.

But you obviously have more experience and bravado, for such tasks.

Drones did not have catastrophes, the next flight did not climb to the specified height of 100 m, at 48 m lost a picture, so I did not see what I shoot and where the drones go. Since then 5 months have passed, the problem is not resolved. I'm going to buy another drone from another manufacturer.  Unfortunately, DJI did not meet my expectations.
