I would only use DJI props on DJI drones. Not worth increasing the risk of a crash.

Hi there, I appreciate your time bringing this query to us. Regarding that, we highly suggest you use DJI Products for reliability purposes. You can still use the third party propellers. However, if we found out that this is the caused of the crash or damage, your warranty will be voided. Should you have further question, please let us know. Thank you.

You should use dji props, for the price you don't have to buy others in my opinion

If it's not from DJI I personally wouldn't even consider it. Not worth risking your drone on third party props.

I wouldn't use them. Stick with OEM DJI props. They work well and will not void your warranty.

Definitely buy only the DJI props!

I made a mistake of buying 8331 props off EBay to replace a chipped one. The listing said "original", when the seller meant "fits". The packaging on the photos looked like DJI's, too. When I got those props, I felt they were wrong to the touch. Even though the form was exactli like DJI's, the material was softer, so the blades felt bendy, and the metal stds anchoring the blades to the mount looked flimsy. They went strait into the bin as there is not something I'd entrust my bird to.

Remember that those blades is the only thing that is between your Mavic and the ground 100m below. ;)

Yep, you did good by throwing them away!
Never use not original DJI props!
If you don’t want your bird to crash hard that is!

Fly safely all

I tried 3rd party props once and the drone didn't fly properly. I wouldn't do it again but it wouldn't hurt to throw them on and fly a few feet above something soft like grass a field or something to see if they work.

I understand but i have used this company for my props on my rc planes and never had an issue with quality balance vibration etc..The reviews are all positive by people who are already using them on there Mavic Pro...

They all cant be wrong can they ? i have brought two spare genuine sets from DJI (Heli Guy) who is the UK Dji man....

From a previous experience I will tell you: use only original dji blades.

I tried from another brand sold on amazon, result: when the drone landed, 2 steel pins fall. Was lucky, this did not happen during the flight.

I only purchase DJI props.
Might cost a little more but if something does go wrong, DJI will take responsibility if the props fail.

Recently got out the second set of props that came with the Mavic Pro Platinum because I shaved a few too many leaves with the set that was on the craft.  I put the new ones on, and as soon as the craft took off, I noticed that they were louder, and seemed to have a little more lift.  The flew just fine, and as I say, they came with it.  So went and ordered another set of the quiet ones from DJi.  I - like someone else here mentioned, these are costly craft, and not just something for ten dollars, so, it makes sense to use the original.  Have friend that fly regular models, and they are very particular about the props they use.

The first thing that comes to mind when I looked at the box was the model number 8331F.  I instantly thought of  8331 "FAKE"  and 8331 "FAILURE".............Move along.

Why risk your craft the price difference of a couple of dollars?
