Hello All,

I want to share my passion for waterfalls with you all.  This starts off with a brief trail walk, that then leads to a little know gem of a waterfall fall called OK Slip Falls. This area is near Indian Lake, NY.  It is a pretty secluded area, as the falls are not visible from any public road.  The 3 mile hike in is pretty easy, when dry.  Flying out to the falls was a little tricky.  I had about a ~7 foot opening in the pine trees, to fly out of and then trying to keep pmy eye on the Mavic Pro and watching my screen was tough.  This was only my second waterfall shoot I had ever done.  I was not really familiar with all the intelligent flight modes, so this is all manual.  So some shots are...well..... Anyway I hope you enjoy!!!

Thank you, it is an amazing water fall.  The trail continues on and takes you all the way down to the Hudson river. Next year's adventure will continue

     That would be because it is one of my favorite maneuvers to see and do.  Not everyone does it well.  Some might think it is not that hard, but try it sometime!  Looks can be deceiving.  Keep it up!

Yes it is.... The name of the subclip in Adobe Premiere is "The Money Shot"...LOL

I cannot do it every time consistently.  But I have found using Course Lock helps

     Yes, CourseLock really helps.  Other Intelligent Flight Modes also help, but the settings have to be done right and that screws me up sometimes.

     I bought Litchi and I am trying to get it to work with Litchi.  The nice thing about Litchi is you can set flight and videographic actions on a computer ahead of time.  But, you still have to fly it in your mind when you do that and then when you fly it for real, you have to see if your mind was screwed up! LOL!!!

     All in all, it is still fun, especially when you get it right!  So, you have a right to be very proud of that "Money Shot"!
