We are loaded with deer. Nothing to come home and there be 6 to 10 deer grazing in the grass or up to 24 turkeys. Have seen bears, foxes, coyotes, bobcats, rabbits, squirrels, opossums, skunks, turtles, hawks and I am sure there are more that I have forgotten.

But yeah , I beleve we have all of those here too.
Except our deer are bigger. Hahaha
And can jump higher fences and a bit farther.

Do you harvest them great tasting turkey? Yes, we only have those in Southern Alberta.

Only the deer, never hunted the turkey.  All are too much work, I take our son and let him hunt and I grab a camera and shoot photographs. But I won't let him shoot anything that walks out. Want to wait for the big bucks...

There is an easy way, to clean game birds.  Well yeah, sure it’s work. But that’s what butchers are for.
Get your meat processed, properly cured, packaged, labeled.
Jerky, sausage, ground, on and on. Back straps, ribs good grief...
