Just got an update from the technicians that they have tested but do not find the issue. Could you upload the pictures when you upload to the forum to Dropbox or Google Drive, then share us the link here? I'll forward to the technicians to investigate, thank you so much!

Just got an update from our technicians that the first picture you sent in PM is too large to upload. For the second picture, we have checked and it works well. May I know which browser do you use? You may change to another browser or update the flash to check whether it helps.
