Why am i getting this 403 error while trying to upload a photo?

Hi there, thanks for reaching DJI. May I know where are you trying to upload your photo? Can you please show us a screenshot of the error message you encountering right now so we can check this in our end? Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Can you please try to check the file size of the image you were trying to upload? Also, have you tried to upload a different file so we can check? Thank you.

The file sizes are low 70.1kb and yes i have tried upload different photos and getting the same error

Just got an update from the technicians that they have tested but do not find the issue. Could you upload the pictures when you upload to the forum to Dropbox or Google Drive, then share us the link here? I'll forward to the technicians to investigate, thank you so much!

Just got an update from our technicians that the first picture you sent in PM is too large to upload. For the second picture, we have checked and it works well. May I know which browser do you use? You may change to another browser or update the flash to check whether it helps.

Yes one was direct from the Mavic the other made smaller in photoshop for upload .... I use Chrome

The image that caused all the hassle
