The details are in the article pointed to in OP's link. I read it, the article says DJI has fixed it, it took them 6 months to do it plus it was a very low probability that it would actual happen and there haven't been any reported cases.

I'm not sure about that. The neighbor's cows are involved in some real sketchy stuff. I'm sure the cow cartel would pay big  money for my videos.

All joking aside it sounds like they patched things up.  As far as nothing to worry about, how many users gave credit card numbers to the website?  Personally I have not but just wondering.
