What is the quickest, easiest way to determine if I have a Phantom, Phantom 4, Phantom 4 Pro, P4 Advanced, or a P 4 v 2.0?


This was a gift and I need to know what product I am working with.  (For example, I wasn't sure where to post this question!?!?!)   Thank you.

It's been activated against your account otherwise there would be no P4 icon showing under your Avatar, that also means it's never been flown before (needs to be activated first). If no box with details, have a look at 'Model Number' within battery compartment it should be WM330 for the P4.

I seem to remember one of the Administrators updated your account to display icon.

It is very likely that the serial number is tied to an email account of the original owner, and the activation process if I remember was the trigger to start off the warranty period.

In saying that I notice they've not added your goggles yet ?

Nope, deffo not, not that i can remember, i did a quick search and couldnt find it in my posts, i have asked why i could see it though and asked why i cannot see the googles lol

hello guys, i know this thread is old, but i ran up on it,
i received a dron as a gift, DJI phantom, but i dont know which model it is, ill attach photos, also at the same time i cant fly it.
when i try to connect the drone to the controller, it connects, becausen i can move the camera with controller but it wont fly, please someone help

plus i cant find the wifi on my phone from this drone, or any other phone

Not all DJI aircraft use WiFi for control, take a photo of it and post it here.

For everyone Who want to know which model they have....

Phantom 4 - Have Front sensor and Small camera
Phantom 4 Adv. - Have Front sensor and Big camera
Phantom 4 PRO - Have Front and back sensor and Big camera
Phantom 4 PRO V 2.0 - Have Front and back sensor and Big camera like Phantom 4 PRO But on the top of shell you will see gold logo "DJI"
