Legitimate businesses can sell 3rd party products   but it doesn't mean the knock-offs are genuine original equipment.

Accurate information is key to getting your point across when responding, so yes you do have to spell it out. I only have one battery and since it is getting fixed under warranty I had no reference with me. Not to mention I was accessing this website on a phone. I have now looked at what you was referring to.
