Hi Guys,
I just picked up the Ronin-s and it wont connect to either my google 2 or 3xl.
The bluetooth says "connected" but I feel like it's not ACTUALLY connected.  In the Ronin app it says that it can't find a device.
I've updated the firmware on the Ronin Assistant.
I've turned location services on, I've balanced the gimbal, and I've done everything else.  Still nothing.
Any advice?

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. The Google Pixel 2 or 3 is not yet listed as a recommended mobile device for your DJI Ronin-S. When using a non-recommended device you will not be able to utilize all the functions of your Ronin-S There could be a compatibility issue. For reference, I will be posting the most recent lists of the recommended mobile device for the DJI Ronin-S. Thank you.

Do you have the GPS turned on on the phones?

Hi, brendanvansondrone, StianGel is correct, please check if the GPS has been turned on in your phone, all the access should be allowed when you installed the APP, if the issue persists, please re-install the APP or try another mobile device, thank you.
