No movement from brand new H3-3D

Hey DJI. I Installed a brand new H3-3D per instructions and video. Interference board installed. Uppon first power up there was no movement at all. The red light on the gopro comes on so there is power. I can also hear a buzzing/humming sound to some of the gimbal motors, but no movement no levaling. I plug in phantom 2 to computer and the P2 software does not find the gimbal. Gimbal not found in the Gimbal software neither.

DJI,

It has been determined that the gimbal was defective from factory. Claim was made within 7 days, will be sending back for an exchange with a new working H3-3D.

How does DJI credit the $29 FedEx shipping that I am paying to send the bad unit to California (DJI North America)?
