I need to know if the quality of ths video is ok or not...

For me something is not ok, the color, i don't know maybe my settings are worng...
I was with ND filter 16PL  +1 +1 0 True Color  

Can you help me?

What was the original resolution you recorded at?

They both look somewhat overexposed. I'm however not the expert here.

Enable over exposured it will help, drop your exposure via the wheel to -0,7 and check

Looks ok to my Mavic Pro eyes.

I like to shoot at d-cinelike but that requires some color grading afterwards.

What are your picture profile settings?

you get noise if you are on 4k 24 fps with style +1 in sharpness. , You post your movies in 1080p?  Decide if you want 4k , better is on UHD 30 fps and d-cinelike or d-log with color grading afterwards.manual, iso 100, style 0,-1,-1 and nd filters, WB sunny or cloudy
