Red shimmering light at the bottom of photos

Been out shooting this afternoon, noticed a red/pinkish light at the bottom of the picture, like from the red leds, but they are turned off during exposure.
Anyone else?
Exposure time 6 secs, f4
Latest fw.

Lifted the shaddow area, just to make it more visible here...

I wonder if, because of the longer exposure time, your imaging chip is picking up heat inside the camera case. One way to prove that would be to cover lens and take a six second 'dark' shot using same settings, and ideally similar ambient temperature.
