help my naza m v2 crashed during a upgrade now the software doesen't recognise the controller can not try to upgrade again
what do I do

Hi Bob, just to verify, have the Assistant and driver been installed properly? You may check whether the cable is connected well and change the USB cable or port to see whether it helps.
Alternatively, you may disable the anti-virus software firewall, or change another PC and reinstall the Assistant to confirm: https://www.dji.com/naza-m-v2/faq

the v2 still shows up as a dji serial port but the assistant software won't accept it as a device

sorry should have said this in last post tried new cable computer and turning off all other tasks running

Thanks for getting back to us. May I know what's the OS of your PC? If it is the Windows 7, you may refer to the below FAQ and check: https://www.dji.com/naza-m-v2/faq If still no luck, I'm afraid that you may consider sending the unit in for diagnosis, sorry about this.

I am using windows 10 my computer recognizes  the flight computer but the assistant software doesn't it stopped in the middle of an update

Hi Bob, it is recommended to connect to a Windows 7 system computer to try again, if the issue persists, the device will need to be sent in for further evaluation. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

You may submit an online repair request here : https://repair.dji.com or contact our support team at https://www.dji.com/support. For the cost, it depends on the result of the assessment of our technicians. If the unit is within warranty period and found out that it's a fault of the product, warranty service will be provided without any charges. You can give us your Case Number in case you need further help with the repair process.
