Hi Guys,

I'm having trouble connecting my DJI Lacie Copilot to my Laptop. I've tried the USB-C > USB and the USB-C > USB - C cable. Both give me the same problem. Firstly, the screen of the hard drive starts tripping and it says 'refresh storage', then I press the button and it comes up with 'charge only, no pc connect'.

I have tried resetting it, plugging it in while it's turned off, or on, nothing seems to work.

Anyone else who had this problem and maybe knows a solution?
