I'm wondering if this is an issue, limitation, or incorrect setting. On some shots when I pan, or get fast sweeping shots of water, trees, etc it seems like part of the image (mainly background) stutters. It's more than motion blur. I've tried in 4K 30/24 and 2.7K 30/24. I should probably try 60fps to see what happens. My aperature was 2.8 and have seen the problem up to 4.5. My shutter speed was 1/50th or 1/60th depending on the frame rate I chose. I don't notice this all the time in my shots.
I will try and upload a video to show, but I notice less of the problem when you upload to social media as more detail gets stripped out of the image. I was using either an ND 32 or 64 to get the proper shutter speed on bright days.
D-LOG M H.265. Because parts of the image don't have this problem I'm wondering if it's a compression issue? When videos get watched on an i-phone XS you notice it less than a TV. Have tried many different TV's both 1080p and 4K native to see if it was an issue with the display scaling 24/30 to 60hz.
Wondering if anyone has experienced such a thing? Running current firmware and tried factory default.
