Hi all,
Went to fly this morning, but before i left home, went through systems check.
Powered up PS3 standard, Controller & App. Notification came up: Password not strong, to avoid malicious takeover etc; etc.
So, strengthened password from 12341234.
App now says disconnected. Reset password again back to 12341234, still disconnected.
Then deleted App, redownload from google store, retry to connect: still diconnected.
Repeat 3 times more. Same result.
App not accepting max height set, RTH height set, (not higher than max height set), etc.

Frustration setting in:  Any suggestions ?
Any bug fix I need ?
How can I fix this issue ?

Hello and good day AIRSCOOTER. I am sorry to know that you are having this issue on your DJI Phantom 3 Standard. I understand that you have uninstalled and reinstalled the DJI Go application multiples times. May I know what mobile device are you using please? For us to check the compatibility of the said device to the DJI Phantom 3 Standard. Thank you.

You did install Go and not GO 4 for the P3S, right?

hi admin i would hv another question re password= i trid to loginto dji app on another device, so it asked me for my PW. thats how i discovered that i do not know it anymore. on my standard device samsung gIII dji works perfectly as it is AUTOMATICALLY  login, as it remembers my PW. also on my Mac it remembers the PW, but i am not computer savvy enough to retrieve it from any of these 2 devices. i cannot find any link on DJI web to reset the PW.
pls help.

Hi there, sorry for the trouble caused.  Have you tried to reset password via APP? Please press ''forgot your password '' and have a try. For reference, please see the attached image below. Thank you.

DJI Stephen:  OK, I went to the dark side on this one.  I bought a runout mobile called "CUBOT".  3G.  It's a Chinese Brand, Made in China.  Superseded, but works pretty good in Australia, only doesn't have some of the apps samsung/nokia/apple/google etc has. Still all things considered for $100 AU, works ok (bought last Christmas).  So, that said, I've cut the issues by getting rid of the protector case, and, by accident switched to Airplane Mode just to see what happens. The result of that experiment was that it DID stabalize my wifi, AND, getting much clearer/stronger feed.  So, I guess what I'm saying there is; it Probly WASN'T the DJI APP; rather more likely the phone................... no further issues at this stage. I'll do a further post on whether or not my PS3 flys as it's supposed to next time out........... Cheers.

ALABAMA;  Yeah mate, DJI GO (for products b4 PS4).  As above, more likely the the flippin fone ! AND our usual junky wifi (can I say that ?).  But pretty much solved now, thanks heaps for the suggestion though.
I've been known to to dumbcluck things in the past.  Hahahahaha.

Jos444, G'day mate, well, could be the blind leading the blind here; but I'll do my best not to stuff you around.  try to sign in to ur DJI account. Now, if that is the same p/w as in ur app (but it's wise not to be) then that's 1 way to find it.

Tried that many times with no result, maybe our wifi in AUS isn't cracked up to what it's supposed to be or something.
But all in all, probly not the app. More likely the phone.
All sorted now though as best can be, & thanks for the suggestion.

Basically is a RS, But Aussie dealers call ST S (Sport Tourer s) Sit upright str8 back, pillion sit str8er too.
with adjustable foot platform. higher w/screen etc.
U can see B/rest/Givi cases, but unseen is lumpyer cam, biger better injectors, port, polish & other etc.
All factory..............

Where my 2008 RS was  more lean over forward like sports bike.
5 y/old now but can't get rid of.  wife knows i'm married to canam before her.
Stay tuned for smooth rides, (canam) & fast crashes (drone).

Yes, but I’m a night owl. So these are my regular awake hours.

Nothing to stay up all night, sleep for four hours and do it all again. It’s in my blood.

thx for ur answer. however to come into this screen i have to LOGOUT from dji first. afterwards i am afraid that i cannot login anymore as i forgot the pw.
now i automatically login into dji when i tap on the app and it works perfectly. also on my mac computer it works with automatic login, but now i would like to use another phone and cannot login
