Has anyone run into this issue?

Purchased a 5" CrystalSky Monitor for my Mavic Pro2. Using the DJI CrystalSky Monitor Mount and plugging the monitor into the center USB on the controller, when I power everything up, I'm getting a few issues;

1. Slow SD Card Error
2. No Battery Info
3. No Position
4. Can't take a photo or start recording video
5. Menus options disappear

But when I unplug the Crystal Sky and plug in my iphone, those issues disappear and everything runs normal. I even bypass the Crystal Sky mount and used a USB-C to USB wire and plugged directly; same issue

If I use an iPhone wire and plug that directly to the center USB on the controller and the other end to my iPhone, everything works fine.

I'm at a lost here...

Thoughts?
