My DJI Care Refresh ends very soon (22/11/2018), I crashed my drone about a week ago, and I've already opened repair/replacement request a few days ago. I've received my return labels, but I'm unable to send the drone back until the weekend which is after my DJI Care Refresh ends, will it still be covered by DJI Care Refresh (replacement for $79 AUD)? Or will I have to pay for actual repair costs, or replacement ?

In my opinion, since the claim was made prior to the deadline everything should be ok, but better check directly with DJI.

Should still be covered. I believe it would base it by the date you filed the claim and not the date they receive the drone.

Hi djinoob_12345, Sorry to read about what happened to your drone. As for your question about the DJI Care Refresh. The first comment on this thread is correct, for as long as you have contacted or created a case prior the expiration of the care plan, we can process the request once we received the unit. However, we still need to verify it on our system.  So it's recommended to send the unit as soon as possible to avoid some issues may occur since DJI Care is about to expire.
