Hello, good day I'm from Argentina and I have the same problem with my phantom 3 4k and until now I could not find a solution and I would like to know if someone from DJI could tell me why this is wrong and how it is solved or if someone from the forum he could solve already thank you very much.
Hello and good day Pablo Phantom. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the gimbal of your DJI Phantom 3 4K. May I know if you have updated the firmware of the drone to the latest one? I will be providing you the link where to find the latest firmware for the DJI Phantom 3 4K https://www.dji.com/phantom3-4k/ ... e_search#downloads. Have you calibrated the gimbal as well? I will be providing you an official DJI tutorial video on how to calibrate the gimbal of your drone. Please give us an update on the said issue. Thank you.

Hello Stephen and thank you for answering my question. I already try to update to the latest firmware version from the App and it never lets me update it. On the other hand they told me that it can become the base plate of the gimbal that is damaged but I do not know where to get it.

Thank you for the quick reply. I'm sorry to read your post. It looks like that this is a hardware issue on the drone itself. The best thing you need t do is to please kindly contact DJI Support at https://www.dji.com/support and start a case for additional analysis and diagnosis. Thank you.
