I have some problems with my new M2 pro. When i trie to copy the images from the drone to the  computer with the cable attached to the computer.
the computer shows the drive M, but assoon i tried to copy the images, its disconnect en connect again and a new file browser window is openened.
This wil go on for many times,  when i'am lucky i got my images in to the computer after many tries, but this is no fun at all.
Any suggestions??

Have you tried a different cable?

Hi there, our apologies for the inconvenience. Please refer on the attached file for our recommended SD card for your drone. Please remove your SD card and use an SD card reader to connect to your PC. You can also use a different cable or use a different USB port on your PC so that we can isolate the issue. Why not just pull out the SD card from the drone and plug it to you computer....better resolution!

Does sound like a loose connection at one end or the other.  It connects but is loose so loses the connection and then reconnects, etc...
