Just made a quick tutorial on how to convert DJI Spark 30 FPS footage into 60 fps footage, you have to have 'Adobe premiere pro CC'. it absolutely smoothens the DJI Spark pan shot which usually show some stutters. pardon the bad sound recording. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YobvwqXc1M&t=3s

General speaking, if you decrease the shutter speed, it will create motion blur and the footage will look smoother.
