I realize this is a DJI forum but my new Phantom Pro 4 V 2.0 arrived yesterday and when trying to run Litchi, I get full drone control but only one still photo when it first connects.  Then no further video or photos are possible.  Can anyone tell me what I have done wrong?  I reloaded the app several times with no change.  DJI GO 4 runs perfectly but of course has no waypoint features which I mostly fly.

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. Sorry that the Lichi app wasn't produced by DJI, therefore, we're not aware of this issue on the said application and I'm afraid that we couldn't provide further help.
