I am just sooooo lucky when it comes to electronics... Not...

Started an Island holiday yesterday, flew the MA throughout day and then went to charge controller and it will not charge.. Tried several different cables and confirm they all work with a phone, just not the controller !!

And what clown decided to make it micro usb instead of the new standard...

Anyway, what to do ?

And believe it or not, for the first time in 15 yrs taking photos with a DSLR, i forgot my battereies for it.. I swear....

Unfortunately if the cable is charging other devices it would suggest there is an issue with the RC.

This is not the experience we want you to have with your DJI drone. Since you have tried to use multiple working cables and still the remote controller will not charge. The best thing you need to do is to contact DJI support at https://www.dji.com/support and create a case for your DJI Mavic Air remote controller. Thank you.

Had a quick read, seems like a lot of mucking around for something less than 3 months old... We have a DJI store in town so I will take it there

Hi Stephen,

The link to repair is not available here in Thailand apparently, so what do I do ?

Also, I dropped into the store I bought it from, they said it would need to be sent to China for repair.. That could take months, the unit is just a few months old, I don't see why they cannot just replace it and send the original back for repair.

Can someone form DJI answer this please.... I can't seem to log a support ticket here in Thailand where I bought my drone.. How can I get my remote controller fixed if I cant log a job ?
