So I have a P4 and I think I'd like to get the Goggles RE. What do I need? It's not clear if I need the "Goggles Racing Edition", the "Goggles Racing Edition Starter Pack", or the "Goggles Racing Combo" (Significant differences in price of course). With a stock P4, what do I need to get going? Thanks.

Aloha Springfield,

Are you planning on racing the P4?  If not just buy the much less expensive DJI Goggles for $350.  Nice pair of goggles and they work just fine with the P4.

Aloha and Drone On!

Hello and good day Springfield. Thank you for choosing the DJI Goggles RE. The DJI Goggles RE is compatible with the DJI Phantom 4 that you have. For reference I will be providing you a link where you can compare the DJI Goggles Racing Edition & Carry More Backpack with the DJI Goggles Racing Combo. This link will also show you all the accessories that comes with both packages. Thank you for your support.

If you're only going to use them with the P4, you just need the DJI Googles Racing Edition (without the combo extras). As @Cetacean noted above, the DJI Goggles (https://store.dji.com/product/dji-goggles) would likely fit your needs too

If you want to be able to run DJI GO on a mobile device while using the DJI Goggles (I prefer this so I can interact with DJI GO if needed), you can connect the DJI Goggles to the HDMI output on your mobile device (if it has an HDMI port) or install the HDMI Output Module on your remote controller.

Thanks. I've read comments about lag with the "regular" goggles, enough that some users felt they needed to comment. That's why i'm thinking of the Racing Edition, if I'm paying a bunch anyway. Thanks all for the help with the equipment needs.
