Hello

I have an osmo plus that I have been using for that last year and love it.  Today I scored a great deal on a osmo pro.  When I tried to connect it to my app.  The app sees the pro and an osmo plus.  So when you enter camer the screen is black.  Camera and gimbal power up fine.  

Tried deleting and reinstalled the app
Power cycle phone (iPhone 8 plus)
Tried both handles from pro and plus
Tried multiple batteries

Anyone Know if you can have multiple osmo and switch between them depending on your needs

Any help would be awesome

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. Did you manage to select the Osmo Pro then enter the camera view? Did you manage to update the firmware of our Zenmuse X5 camera? If not, please update the firmware of the camera to see if the issue will persist. You may refer to the link below for you to get the most updated version of Osmo Pro. Please let us know on the latest progress.

I can not select osmo pro.  It automatically selects the osmo plus.  Can you use dji assistant for the osmo.  

When I enter camera view the screen is black but I can move x5 around when to use the touch screen.

I will try update through assistant.

Used your link.  Saved update on sd card.   Now everything works!
