I was flying 6 batteries today in -12 C or 10.4 F with no problem.
You can fly in -30 c if you do it right. Just hold your batteries warm
and don't use full power for long time. Flying cold batteries will no end well.

Hello. Please refer to the screenshot and remember to warm up the battery before your flight.

In readings about flying in low temps, I've read that you want a warm battery to start with but that once it is flying, the discharge or use of the battery generates sufficient heat to then keep the battery warm.

Check out this video by Captain Drone.  He flew his Mavic 2 Pro in sub freezing temps.

I've flown my Mavic2 as low as -20C (-4F)..  No problems.   I have a Phantom 4 that I've flown down to -35C (-31F).    When it's this cold, I fly from inside my garage with the heat on, (or from my vehicle as in the video above) to keep my tablet and fingers from freezing.

My personal experience might not be universal,  but I've never noticed any reduction in flight times due to the cold.
