Though I always sinc the flight records and it mostly works, the app shows sync successful but the forum page is not updated.

I cleared the browser cache and restarted the computer. Still the flight distance in the forum and on the App differs.

What to do. (Obviously this is not a critical issue)

This one is a photo of the flight record value on the DJI GO 4 App. I have updated the flight records no less than 5 times, as I do after every flight.

Hello and good day HendrikJB. We are sorry for the troubles that it caused. May I know which sync period are you trying to sync? 1 month, 6 months or All? I have the same issues with my flight recorder even know I sync it!  Take a look at what my iPhoneX shows below: Can this be fixed somehow?

Well... I noticed today that flights do sync but at the end of the sync-process... you get the message "Sync Failed. Retry".

Synchronisation with HD Sync however does work OK.
This happens more often. I think the servers at DJI are being worked at or in servicing state...
Not nice... but I hope it will get better soon.

Hi Alex B  I never get an error whilst syncing but the distance on the forum and on the mobile device just seems to get bigger and bigger.
What I don`t understand is that previously it worked 100%.

Eg. The forum now shows that I`ve flown 363407m but my device shows 372058m

Just a note about when I do a sync.  Regardless of how many flights I get from a set of 5 batteries or of how many of the 5 I`ve used I sync after EVERY Flight Session.  No error messages.

I sync my flight records everytime after a day`s flight.

Here is today`s proof that it is now 10 000 meters difference.
