Flight record distance,  why is it so very hard to fix? my flight distance is still 530086,  yet I flew at least 3 more times with some distance, but still the same distance registered on Forum, and yes I did synchronise my flights to no avail, who is willing to fix this?

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. Since you've synced your flight records have you tried to re-login your account upon syncing the flight records? Please let us know for further help.

I don't have a problem with mine, I fly for a few feet and check the forum and it changes right away.  Good luck with your problem!

I never have really noticed but will start checking.

yes done that plenty of times over and over, logged in log out log in log out, frustrating.

as long as my flight distance is locked into 530086 then you know the problem still exists.

Same here, my flight distance has since doubled and has not updated in DJI Forum.  I've logged out, logged in, no bueno.

I have exactly the same issue, it’s been going on for some days now and so far no solution.

You have of cause restarted your device after login out?
Before you log in.  It will reset your device and might help.

Works now for me!  Fixed for everyone else?

The distance changed but it’s still incorrect. It says 427, when I have 437.
Also the sync keeps failing.

Also the sync KEEPS FAILING, so I’m stuck at level 26 for some time now, the points do not update!!!

DJI Tony  was telling me that the teckies were suppose to look into it, so here I am still waiting, today I had a hard time to synchronise my flight distance and it took several times to be able to,  same thing happened to you I see, I am hoping that they will rectify the situation. Fly safe Alex.

finally got it back Alex!

Flew 4 batteries worth yesterday and updated my flight log and looked in here and it already change my flight distance
