I have some problems saving the image on DJI Go 4. When I save the image by clicking on the download icon, the image I viewed on the application it only appears black. When I view the image in the Editor in the application, the image quality is very low (although it is displayed as "Original"). In the downloaded images application, the download icon is still in white.

I use an SD card to save pictures (The problem also occurs when I save on internal storage). I use the iPhone version of iOS 12. DJI version 4.3.8 and all latest firmware.
I checked in the iPhone's photo app that it saved the original image but in the DJI Go 4 application has error.
Is there any solution to this problem? I restarted drone, remote and iphone but it did not work.
