I can't get my RC to charge.  I know the RC doesn't come with a charging cable and that the charging port supports a couple of different cables. Does my charging port on the RC look damaged?

The pins on that port is clearly broken off, damaged and bend. No wonder.

Try the bottom port as that connector in your photo is seriously damaged

It needs to be sent back to DJI for repairs it's clearly smashed.  It is a quick process, good luck.

OH no!!!! It  looks like I will need to send my RC back to DJI for repair. Unfortunately  I need the drone for a job on 12/26 and there is NO way the RC is getting repaired and returned by 12/26.  I guess I'll have to buy a new RC which you all know is very expensive.  This SUX.

I don't see it listed but I wonder if the remote control is covered under care refresh?

Thats a bummer, I am always super careful with the micro USB port. You will have to send it for repair.

One type of connector, and one way to insert it.
Place a drop of "white out" or fingernail polish on the top of the connector,
so you always know the orientation, and cannot plug it in upside down.
