I know it's not that easy to hack, unless 3rd party apps are involved. Ie Various DJI SDK apps may have privileges. I don't know the details, but the DJI Go app can update itself with minor changes without any notification. Search DJI & GPL licenses etc for more info.
What about Gatwick? Silly buggers eh? Gatwick had ground vehicles searching the runway, up & down for hours (flightradar24).
