As new product iterations and technologies supersede old ones, and after a certain number of years, a product's performance may not be able to meet increasing usage requirements. So to provide a better user experience, DJI will optimize its resource allocation to nurture the development of new products and technologies.
After February 1st, 2019, product consultation, technical support, and product repair, as well as other services for the Phantom 1 will stop.
