I am aware there are other threads on this issue with no fix, but this needs to be discussed and addressed by DJI.
I am unable to activate my brand new Osmo Pocket on my iPhone X, an iPhone 7 and an iPad. I am getting the same error and I am stuck with a useless device until it is activated. What am I left to do considering there are no stores locally with it in stock and I am not interested in the slow RMA process which some users are claiming they are told it could take weeks.

EDIT: I've also reinstalled the Mimo app multiple times to no avail.

Hi Makerbound, we're sorry for the troubles. Please kindly restart the Osmo Pocket and its app, then try to activate it again, making sure they have a good internet connection.
