Hello,

I have the same problem as in the video.
It started when I disabled the charging option for my iPad in the DJI go 4 app.


With this problem I can not connect then dji go 4 app withe the remote.
So I cannot use the ipad.
Is there a fix for it?

Could it be that turning off charging to the iPad is actually turning off the USB Port?

What model and year is your iPad.......

It is possible your iPad is not up to the tasks required by the GO4 app in it's current version.
