I have installed both versions of DJI Assistant 2 (the one on the Downloads section of the Goggles RE and the one on the Downloads section of the Mavic 2 page).
No flight records ever show when I click Log Export. I always get a spinner that keeps going on forever (screenshot below).

I have already tried to uninstall and install each version separetely and this always happens.

I have a pair of DJI Goggles RE.

Same problem here with dji assistant 2 v. 1.2.4, Mavic Pro with latest firmware and macOS Mojave 10.14.2. Any idea or workaround?

still a problem on Mojave. Tested on 4 different Macs, including one with a clean fresh install of both the OS and Assistant.
Is DJI aware of this?

This is rather irresponsible of DJI. Months since I had this problem, I am still unable to access logs with DJI Assistant. None of the selections, from Flight Record & Sensing to System 2 ever give any results.

I'm going to call or do an online chat and ask them why they don't respond to this.

Still having the same problem here, but is curious that on Oct/2018 I extracted the logs from the Mavic 1, looking for the GPS/GLONASS data for an agricultural project, but since December in 2018 I'm not able to view logs from any other DJI aircraft on the DJI Assistant 2.

I had the same issue; downgrading the firmware to 01.03.0900 fixed it for me
