Ordered from dji site. Received it today and unable to activate the unit. Followed instructions with no luck.
Looks like I'm not the only one having this issue. What do I do next?
Hi Johnny, we apologize for the troubles on the activation, please restart the Osmo Pocket and APP and activate it again when the network connection is fine, if the issue persists, may I have the screenshot of the error message and the serial number of your device (please find it in the package) for further support? Thank you.
Same problem. Wouldn't activate on my Pixel 2XL. I was able to activate with my wife's iPhone; however, I need the Pocket to work with my phone! There is no error message. The phone dings when the Osmo is plugged in, but doesn't open the Mimo app. With the app opened manually it doesn't seem to recognize the Pocket either. Help!

ME TOOOOOOO! Any solution to this yet? Trying to activate with my iPhone - it opens the App, starts the activation process then just keeps spinning through the page and never gives me the chance to move on. Eventually Osmo powers off...
