Now I am trying to prepare for those few minutes that are only once a year.
Last year I was lucky and the weather allowed me to fly over the city and make a video of our New Year's fireworks.
But. when installing it turned out that the video was not the best.

A few of my conclusions - I hope my colleagues will complement! :
Camera settings:
1. Only manual exposure. ISO 800 1/60. The lantern lighting zones (the pavement under the street lights) should not be bright.
2. White balance "auto."
3. Style - None
4. Color - normal
5. Sharpness +1 Contrast 0 Saturation +2

Flight settings - use a smooth character from a respected colleague - thanks to Swedrone !

Flight style:
      - without rotation around the vertical axis.
     - Slow spans straight or sideways.
     - slow rotation around the vertical axis of the object, if the salute is close
      - Flight altitude "just above the fireworks".
The beginning of the flight - take off 23:58. Battery drain, change and take off again.
It should be about half an hour of footage.

Thank! I tried to disturb my colleagues and get additional information on the experience of filming fireworks on New Year's Eve. But it seems that very few of our colleagues intend to exchange a glass of champagne for the Mavik console.

Not allowed to fly at night here in NL (unfortunately)

Yes, here are a couple of videos made at midnight of the New Year 2018. One thing I did, and the other my colleague. Both did not seem successful to me and I tried to find here the experience of shooting fireworks. But something no one answered my question. On New Year's Eve everyone is drinking champagne ....
