My new osmo pocket was shipped last Friday with estimated delivery by DHL yesterday, Dec 17.  Since yesterday, DHL has put the "shipment on hold" twice, and it now shows no estimated delivery date.  It's frustrating because I have to stay at home expecting delivery.  I've contacted DHL twice about this for more explanation but have had no reply.
If this item doesn't arrive before Christmas, I will return it.

DHL has a huge reputation for being unreliable. There are a lot of companies that refuse to use them for shipping because of how bad their logistics are.  Always been confused on why DJI still uses them considering every other post here seems to involve an issue with DHL. It's the reason I'll never order from DJI's website again. At least not until they stop shipping with DHL.
