DJI Mimo crashes on my iPhone X. Tried to uninstall it and installed the app again. App starts up, have to agree and screen disappears. It is still in the background, you can see it in taskswitcher but can't bring it to front. Closing and restarting the app does not help. Restarted the iPhone, no luck. You see it for about half a second and it's gone. iOS 12.1.2. I was able to activate the Osmo Pocket on my iPad (also iOS 12.1.2 and no problems there) but can't realy use it on the iPad because the gimbal is blocked.
Same problem!!! I have been 4 days trying and nothing... I openned a post here I sent a video but did not get any answer yet... I am disappointed , I need the osmo to work and I had never had a problem like that with DJI before
Same for me, Iphone X 12.1.1.
First it seemed that it might be regional since most of the user reporting this is from Europe, however it works on my friends iphone x, same ios version.
It's a nice to know work around. The app is version 1.0. Lots of room for bug hunting and improvements. For now I am happy i'm able to use the app on the iPhone

If this issue only occurs on your iPhone and restarting iPhone can not work well, there may be something troublesome with your iPhone system. In such a case, you can use iTunes to restore iPhone after backup or apply Joyoshare UltFix to fix this issue without data loss. May this be useful to you!
