Hi just wondering if anyone else is experiencing pixelated pictures with the Mavic 2 Pro. The HD images sent to my phone are rubbish like some cheap off the shelf camera. This is 20mpixel Camera I expected a lot more. My Mavic Pro Platinum were much better. Also I keep getting this warning any thoughts and advice appreciated thanks

The images on your phone are just low quality cached copies. You need to use the pictures directly from the sd card, there you have the high full quality ones.

You posted wrong photo, but in order to get best quality photo you must download from SD card.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. As Alex has mentioned, the files on your mobile device are cache files and those files are in low quality, however, the original files should be on your SD card. Thank you for understanding.

Thanks for the advice guys I will take a look on the SD to check quality.
