Double post. But yes, you have to pay the shipping costs, DJI points can’t be used for shipping costs.

Just click the word "EXCHANGE" To redeem, just continue checking out as usual on the DJI Store and make sure to click "DJI Credit" before clicking "PLACE ORDER". Did you input 1800 points only? I think it only works when it is divisible by 180 point(1 DJI credit).
So if you have 2000 points, the EXCHANGE button will not work because of 20 points remainder.
