Hey Guys,

I got a brand new DJI OSMO Pocket from the USA through a friend.
Updated the firmware, completed the first full charge and its dead. What's the solution? I charged it for around 1 hour and it is not booting up.

Any way to get this hard reset or is it dead?
What are the options now? Will I have to send it back to the USA or any other way to get it fixed here in India?
Hope I didn't end up with a $350 paperweight.

So sorry to hear that. Happened to my first unit... Exchanged, seems to be working fine.

I understand regarding the exchange but the product isn't now in the USA and this means that the product means a paperweight for me?

There has been no update yet that includes Cine-like and the slow-mo should show as 4X which I believe is 120fps.
