Received my refurb today.. Seems like another issue (Battery)

So I received my refurbed P4P v2.Looks as good as new..

However, before flying, I did a simulated run and noticed that I'd get an intermitant battery error message.
I checked with all three of my batteries , and one in particular suddenly doesn't sit as tight as the other two.
Regardless, whether a battery didn't sit tight or not, the error message would pop up and render the AC useless with all batteries.

Here's a short demo showing just how easily a little midair vibration could've disabled the AC

Different battery.. no movement.. Yet a little nudge will render the AC useless.

Did some research and apparently there's a sensor on the bottom of the battery compartment that seems to be defective..

This is also a common issue.

I’ll give DJI the benefit of the doubt. Very easy to overlook this without looking for it.
I happen to stumble across it after about 15 minutes of simulated use.
Hopefully a quick return this time.

Yes, too bad if they missed it, but this stuff is high tech, and needs better product testing.

I created a ticket for the drone repair / replace.
I've included the "looser than it should be" battery as well.

I've already received a shipping label and will ship tomorrow.
Hopefully DJI will either thoroughly test or send me a brand new unit this time..
This very easily could have been a costly disaster.

I hope you made clear that this was an UNFLOWN Refurb from them in replacement for a defective unit ?

Just to be on safe side - have the previous Return Ticket Number and correspondence so you can prove ..

We don't want to hear the Service tries to give you a bill !!

For the record...
This is refurb replacement I received yesterday..
I tested it same day as received....
I did not fly the drone other than to power up..
I have a battery in the box thats looser than it should be.. ( I will remove if necessary prior to shipping)
The error message happens to all three batteries.

DJI QC is missing a lot lately. Nice demo on this issue but it's a good thing your production assistant in the background finally took all of your annoyingly oversized Christmas meal bibs out of the shot.

Any way I can notify DJI that I accidentally left my SD card in my P4Pv2?
It's in transit for repair and would hate to lose my SD card

YES, the battery is included with the drone,
Just want also note that the problem also happens with my other 2 batteries, but the one I included is more loose than the others.
