I purchased the Care Package for my Zoom when I purchased my Zoom from DJI. I know that package is only good for one year. Can I renew this insurance and for how long? So far I’m lucky and had no incidents, but is a good idea to have.

Yes, you can renew your DJI Care Refresh as long as it is not yet expired, and there is at least one product replacement left, then you can purchase DJI Care Refresh + which extends your coverage for one more year as well as prolonging your product’s warranty and provides one more replacement service.
